Growing up, I was inspired by my dad — a personal trainer who instilled in me a deep curiosity about healthy eating and fitness. That foundation led me to pursue a degree in Healthy Lifestyles and Fitness Science from Arizona State University, where I also earned my certifications in health coaching and personal training.
At ASU, I participated in the Next Generation Service Corps, collaborating with over 20 mission teams to tackle global challenges — my team focused on hunger and nutrition, which deepened my commitment to helping others develop a healthy relationship with how they nourish their bodies.
My primary focus is empowering women to navigate busy schedules and find the motivation to embrace their wellness journeys. I believe wellness should be accessible to everyone — which is why I keep my pricing flexible, with no long-term commitments required.
